Jeff’s coaching philosophy revolves around creating an environment where players are inspired to grow and develop, both on and off the ice. He values building strong relationships with his players, fostering a fun and engaging atmosphere that ignites their passion for the game and excitement for coming to the rink. The coaching staff consists of former players who have worked with Jeff in the past, ensuring a seamless connection and shared commitment to player development. Each staff member plays a key role in guiding the Forwards, Defense, and Goalies. Goalies will also receive additional training throughout the year from Dan Forrest, with specialized Skill Development Coaches brought in to further enhance player progress. 

Jeff emphasizes the importance of teamwork, teaching valuable life lessons through sport, and preparing players for the challenges of advancing to the next level of competition. The expectation for all players is to bring hard work and dedication to every practice, with a focus on preparation for upcoming games. Practices will reflect game intensity, with a focus on Energy, Effort, and Execution.×
