Hockey Fights Cancer Night.
This past Saturday the U18AA Rangers and the Sarnia Jr. Sting took part in a special ceremony. 

Hockey Fights Cancer reminds us that behind every jersey and every number is a real person, with a story that matters.  Each player, coach, official and spectator held a tribute card tonight - a name, a memory, a message for someone whose life has been touched by cancer.  Some have beaten the odds, some are still fighting. Sadly some we carry with us in our hearts every single day. Saturday night we honored the families who stand beside them, and the teammates and friends who support them.

Toyota also sponsors the Toyota Challenge featuring teams from the region in competition and the opportunity to travel to Japan. The Toyota Hockey Challenge consists of round robin competition amongst top Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge teams, with the top two teams then competing in a one-game show down that will determine the team to represent the Tri-Cities in a once-in-a-lifetime cultural exchange to Japan. The team that wins the Toyota Hockey Challenge will travel to Hokkaido, Japan during March Break for a cultural exchange with the Tomakomai Allstars, all expenses paid by TMMC. Thanks Toyota!
