Applewood 'A' Challenge Cup Champs!
The U14 Jr Red Rangers took to the ice this past weekend in Mississauga at the Applewood ‘A’ Challenge Cup Tournament.

The players had put in some very hard work to this point in the season and the fruits of their labour were demonstrated in spades!

The team balanced defensive responsibility with a relentless offensive attack which culminated in a complete team game. They outscored their opponents 39-4 to win the championship, beating the host Applewood Coyotes 3-0 in the finals, who truly tested the Rangers in the final.

The team earned this victory by adopting a team centered approach. Their coaches and families couldn’t be any more proud of how they conducted themselves. Way to go Rangers!

Donna's Kids is pleased to partner again for 2019/2020 season with Sun Life and their Kids In Gear program. Kitchener Minor Hockey Association, as part of their mandate, provides financial support for children in this community who, without our assistance, would not be afforded the opportunity to participate in organized hockey in the City of Kitchener. Monies for this cause have been donated by various individuals and organizations over the years, however with increasing demands we have the need to provide further support for this program. One hundred per cent of the funds raised by KIDS IN GEAR are channelled directly to purchase equipment for children.
