Newmarket Renegade Early Bird Champions
The Kitchener U18 Non-Body-Contact team entered Newmarket and came out champs

The U18 Non-Body Contact Kitchener Jr. Rangers took on a 16-team tournament hosted by the Newmarket Renegades from September  26-28.  The round robin was comprised of bouts against North Durham Warriors (4-0 victory), Clarington Toros (3-1 Loss), Caledon Hawks Red (5-1 victory) and Ted Reeve Thunder (3-1 victory).  After going 3 and 1 in the round robin, U18 faced off against LPC Wild in the quarter final (3-0 victory), Humber Valley Sharks in the semi final (3-2 victory), and a rematch against the Toros in the finals (4-3 OT victory).  The U18 NBC team were unmatched in their intensity throughout the event. Their quality play led them to a championship, and a good time was had by everyone.  Congrats U18 NBC !!
