DryLand - Team Building

Location: Bridgeport community center outdoor rink
Dryland Team builder will be on the Bridgeport Community center outdoor rink. (hopefully no others are using the rink - not able to book so all public are able to use the area).
Please bring: Road hockey sticks/back up sticks- typically an inch or 2 shorter than a game stick, Helmet, Shin pads if possible (soccer shin pads are best), proper running shoes (no crocs or other loose footwear).
- Plan will be do short warmup,(10)
- Dryland, quick feet, sprints, - (15 minutes)
- Puck handling skills session, shooting demo and practice time (15min)
- Ball hockey game - open play for girls who would like to stick around and play a fun game.
