In the third of four meeting of the regular season, the Raven flew into Sportsworld and flew out with the “W” a mere “third” of the way through the game.
In a troubling trend continuing to date, the lack of being defensively responsible cost the Lady’s just twenty seconds into the game. And, much like the past several games, the Lady’s also gave up a late period goal with only twenty-eight seconds left in the first.
We know that our “systems” of play are more difficult than “positions” of play but in the simplest of forms, your puck focus needs to be traded for player focus. Everyone has a role (F1, F2, F3, D1, D2) with responsibilities that must be done every shift. Use the remaining games to challenge yourselves to get this right before the games truly count.
