Major Peewee, 2012-2013, Tier 2/3 (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

Congratulations Jr. Rangers on another thrilling tournament victory!!  Facing stiff competition from the GTHL, OMHA and the USA, our Rangers travelled to Montreal and returned victorious with an abundance of hardware in tow! Against competition from six other teams, our Rangers took home Silver in the individual shootout, goaltending and team relay race competitions.  But as a team it would be nothing less than Gold in the championship final against the tourney leading 4 and 0 competition from Caledon.

Congratulations on a thrilling tournament victory Seeded Peewee Blue!!  Now that everyone's hearts have started beating again, time to savour a great win pulled out in the last minute over the hometown favourite Woolwich Wildcats.  Every player contributed over the course of the weekend to earn a great team victory.

WELL DONE MAJOR PEEWEE SEEDED BLUE! Submitted by the Roving Ranger Reporter Thank you boys for treating parents and fans to a great display of teamwork and determination.  An early goal fed the fire and you sure looked like you wanted more.  Great penalty killing, hustling to the puck and solid goal-tending rounded out the game and you treated us all to a 4-1 win.  Great job Jr. Rangers.  Savour the glory and bring it next time!

Well Rangers, the Waterloo Wolves came to town and you showed them how it's done.  Let's put the last 24 seconds aside and look at the whole game.  You passed, received passes, fought for the loose puck to gain possession and played defensive positions well.  Parents were treated to a great game.  Good work boys!  Let's take this momentum to Hamilton.  Go Rangers!
