Major Peewee, 2013-2014, Select (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

The Peewee Select Jr Rangers had a successful weekend in the Stoney Creek Select tournament making it to another tournament final. We played the Peterborough Pete's Roster select team to a hard fought game but came up short losing 2-0 in the finals. The boys worked hard all weekend and continue to develop their team game and have been rewarded.

JR Rangers play to a 0-0 draw in regulation against Vaughan Rangers but lose 1-0 in shootout final. We had a great weekend of hockey with exceptional goaltending, a solid fore-check, and back-check that allowed us to compete to the end. Nice to see hard work rewarded with some wins. Go Rangers Go 

The Peewee Select team has played a few games in a wide open offensive style of play so it's going to be an exciting season. An area of improvement will be our defensive zone responsibilities. Go Rangers Go
