Peewee #2719, 2014-2015, GirlsDS (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

Another close game last weekend against the Twisters.  Only a single goal separates us over the past couple of games - should be a real barn burner for our final game against them tomorrow.  It's hard to believe that we are so competitive with a team that has beaten both Oakville teams - we've come a long way since the beginning of the season.  But, we're only half way there (sorry, couldn't resist).  We'll need to continue playing solid hockey for our season finale against Flamborough Sunday as well.  We surprised them with a solid tie during the tournament and have them a little off balance ...

Congratulations on a couple of solid games during the North Halton tournament this weekend!  We started off slow against a pair of teams that made it to the Championship game, but found our stride in a pair of ties against the host North Halton Twisters and the Flamborough Falcons.
