Hespeler Olympic Champions!
The players took charge in this Christmas tournament and played five solid games to claim the championship! The holiday break will be all the more memorable as the Bantam A squad played great team hockey from the first round robin game to the final and secured the top prize with a 2-1 win over the Muskoka Bears.
The Bears, a very talented and disciplined team based in Bracebridge, edged Kitchener in round robin play 2-1 but the Rangers would not be denied in the final. The Rangers not only had every player on the roster contributing to their success but also finished the tourny with a penalty-free final game. Value, respect and integrity from the first whistle to the final buzzer - great tournament showing and a satisfying end result!
