Practice with Loren Gabel and Community Volunteering
Submitted By Kevin Collins on Tuesday, January 1, 2019
The girls had a fun practice with Loren Gabel of the Canadian National Women's Hockey Team! Fun was had by all on the ice, and a big thank you to Loren for coming out!

The girls followed that up with some volunteer work for the community, collecting donations at 4 locations for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. In a short 2 hours at no Frills, Valumart, Real Canadian Superstore and Zehrs, the girls collected crates full of food donations as well as raising over $1500 for the Food Bank!
Well done girls! Keep up the great work!

Let's get to work on the ice now and enjoy the rest of our season!
