FUNDRAISING
We did so well with the Smoothies, it is
onto our next idea. Poinsettias are
available in 4.5” – 10” sizes ranging from $10 - $35. They come in white, pink and red. This campaign will run from now until
November 12. Our orders will be delivered on November
26. Just in time for gifts for the
holidays. Be sure to submit your order
and your payment to the team account.

Lastly on the fundraising front, we only
have a couple days left for corporate sponsorships! So far we have 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze
sponsorships. Be sure to reach out to those in your network for support.
LONDON TOURNAMENT HOTEL LINK

Delta Armouries for the London tournament in February. However, we have a month or so left to book

PLAYER COMMUNICATION
The coaching staff are hoping to send
the practice plan to players ahead of time (where possible) to get them ready
for practice. It will also help players
be more prepared to compete in the drills and limit the time at the board –
maximizing ice time.
We’d like your permission to use What’s
App to set up a player chat group where coaches will send the practice plans ahead
of time. Players are aware and have
expressed an interest in receiving the plans ahead of time. Parents, feel free to check in anytime to see
what we’re working on. Please approach
Coach David if you have any concerns.
SKATE TRAINING
We are introducing treadmill skate
training at G & G. Please mark
December 5 & 19 as well as January 9 & 23 on your calendars. We
will get set times for each trio of players (and goalies) a little closer to
the date. For now, please hold those
dates as we obtain the travel permit and get the dates posted to the team
calendar.
JOHN MACDONALD MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT
Looks like the schedule has been set for the St
Catharines tournament. Our first game is
against the Oakridge Aeros at 12:30 on the Friday. Please plan to arrive at 11am. With tournaments, they can always start the
games early. Paige has updated our
schedule to reflect all tournament games.
