YOU CAN PLAY will run an interactive and scenario-based training session with the Kitchener Rangers community covering 2SLGBTQ+ 101, Symbols & Signals, Identity, Behavior, and Language.

This notice is to remind everyone about KMHA’s Winter weather practices.  KMHA operates in both Alliance and OWHA leagues, there are subtle differences that we attempt to work through with each other.   

For almost 50 years the KMHA Lancaster Friendship exchange was a staple of the Hockey season and for more than half of its life, it was run by Mike Aultman. This exchange and the work done by Mike and his family changed lives and built lasting friendships.  The last few years have seen many serious health challenges for Mike and he is in need of your help now. 

KMHA is proud to bring your issue 2 of our partnership with Grand River Sports Medicine. These videos are designed to help players and parents be educated on safe participation and injury management so they can play Hockey for life. 

Austin Penny, the Head Coach of the Kitchener Lady Rangers U15A team and his family need your help.  Austin was recently, and suddenly, diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
