Durham Bolts And Hearts
What a statement weekend for KLR U13 DS 💪
The KLR U13 DS team truly came together in their first tournament, battling some of the strongest competition they’ve faced all season.
With determination, teamwork, and resilience on full display, they finished round robin play with an impressive 3–1 record — earning a well-deserved spot in the semi-finals. In the semi-final matchup, they faced a tough 4–0 team from Newfoundland. In a hard-fought battle, KLR pushed the game to overtime, refusing to back down. Unfortunately, an unlucky bounce ended their run and sent NFLD to the finals. While the result didn’t go their way, the effort, growth, and heart shown by this group speaks volumes. Competing toe-to-toe with top teams and pushing an undefeated opponent to overtime is something to be proud of. A tremendous showing and a big step forward for this team 👏
