Rangers Thankful For Next Weekend
With a festive long weekend looming, Ranger Ladies looking forward to tournament rather than turkey.

One week remains before these young Belles in Blue invade the quiet apple farming community of Clarington Ontario. Located on the outskirts of Oshawa and Whitby the fall fruit harvesting locals will see Kitchener’s finest shake them to the core.

Peeling back the skin of a team that has only been together less than a month is no easy task. Even calls placed to insiders of the Novice Team's Headquarters go without response. Everyone is focus on one goal, winning a medal would be Golden Delicious.

Coach Cam and Staff have been working day and night with the new Squad ensuring every nuance, every variable is covered. Game plans are kept under tight wraps and Team Officials are reluctant to speak openly about the line up.

A lot can be said about last year’s success but that was Novice ‘B’, and that was then. A new year brings a new status; heads held just a little higher, the players’ eyes filled just a touch more with pride. But that is it, their lips are sealed.

The Lady Rangers of Kitchener have one more warm up match against the visiting Roadrunners from Cambridge on Tuesday night at Lions Arena. After that the bags will be packed and the Girls board their Charter for East of Toronto. The team has not listed publicly where they are staying as Coach Cam would rather keep the girls in seclusion away from the spotlight, so they may remain focused on the task at hand. One thing is sure to follow, the love and support the people of Kitchener have for the Girls who will no doubt make us all proud.

            Good Luck Ladies.
