Players on the Inter/Sr team should be able to skate forwards, follow instructions, and understand the basic rules of hockey.  The speed within practices and games is faster than at the Junior level with the focus on increasing hockey skills and working together as a team. 4:1 support from On-Ice Helpers throughout practices. Approximately 14 games (home & away) throughout the season. Players will participate in hockey drills to improve their skills
