Captain Ranger for our game on Wednesday December 4th against the Brantford 99ers is #9 Andrew Grant!  Andrew started out as a defenseman for the Jr.Rangers Red but recently made the switch to forward with ease.  He is a dedicated player who works hard every game and is not afraid to play aggressively.  He is known for his speed out on the ice, and is one of the fastest skaters on the Jr.Rangers Red team!
    Andrew’s favorite hockey team is the New York Rangers and his favorite player is Henrik Lunquist.  Outside of hockey, Andrew enjoys running (I’m sure he is fast at that too!) and playing lacrosse.  When relaxing at home, he enjoys watching Phineas and Ferb, or playing a mean game of Skylanders with his dad!  Andrew enjoys going to hockey tournaments so he can have fun with his friends at the hotel.  When he grows up, Andrew would like to be a hockey player or a veterinarian.  Andrew does not have any siblings at home, except for his furry feline friend named Rocky!
