Further to our team email, our puck shooting challenge "officially" begins today...and will run for the entire month of July.
Once again, please focus on every single shot...we want Quality AND Quantity!!
Priority for this month will be wrist and backhand shots. Vary your angles and even distances from the net to reflect real game situations.
Challenge yourselves....and have FUN!!
Let's improve the power, accuracy, and consistency of each and every player's shot!
