Cobras, HL-MBAN, 2017-2018 (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

Last night's game showed COBRA perseverance and determination in an aggressive game against The Rock.  The boys worked hard to get those shots on net, and they did.  Moving strong into the final moments of the game with a tie 1-1, unfortunately the COBRA's were unable to finish ahead with a 1-3 loss.   

The COBRA's enjoyed a fun game Friday night against the Wildcats pond-hockey style with only 7 skaters.  With one spare at each end of the bench, the COBRA's still played exceptional.  The players took up the challenge to learn to pace, play different positions and skate skate skate.  Great experience for the boys!  Despite the situation, the COBRA's actually put up a great battle and moved into the second period 0-0, but ultimately, lost 3-0.  The boys demonstrated a terrific attitude and simply had lots of fun. Go COBRA's!

Kicking off 2018 feisty and determined, the COBRA's did it again and proved they are ready for change. Congratulations to the COBRA's for advancing to the semi-finals in the Jayden Elmore London tournament, with 2 WINS and a loss of only a one goal difference, placing the COBRA's in first place in their pool.   With lot's of hard work, sweat, pressure and determination, the boys were not going to let up easy with a defeat.  Game 4 was a nail biter with the COBRA's holding strong against the London Bandits into the second period with a 0-0 score, ending with a 0-2 loss to the ultimate ...

Congratulations to the COBRAS for working hard, making good choices, capitalizing on several good opportunities and showing their ‘other side’ in the Jason Cripps tourney.
