Midget - OWHA #2706, 2018-2019, AA (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

  This past weekend saw the Kitchener Lady Ranger Midget AA team face off against some of the stiffest competition in North America – here in our own backyard. 

The Kitchener Lady Rangers, Midget AA team stepped out on the ice for their first game of the USA/Canada Cup tournament on Friday at 1:15 pm.  Playing against The Milwaukee Jr Admirals the team was ready to show their skills.  After a steady first period assessment the team picked up their speed to what we’ve seen so many times.  Scoring with less than 4 minutes remaining in the second period and getting their insurance goal late in the third; the first game of the tournament ended in a 2-0 win.  Game 2 also finishing with a 3-0 win vs. OHA Prep, the team confidence and skill was on display, ...

  Your Kitchener Midget AA Lady Rangers team is once again in good hands this year with Coach Jeff Sittler back behind the bench for his fifth year as MAA coach.  He will be joined by Greg Moses and Jamie Dinsmore as his assistants on the bench.  The 2018/2019 team welcomes 9 new faces to the mix, with players joining the program from Bantam, Midget and Boys hockey.  As a result, team bonding, chemistry and goal setting is job number one heading into the season.
