Homework - Week 11
Good Afternoon Rangers,
Great job this week at practice and with completing your hockey homework! Our coaching staff has seen much improvement in all of you and we love the level of commitment and hard work we are seeing from all!
This week's homework is as follows:
Shots:
This week players must complete a minimum 500 snap shots. Goalies are welcome to participate by either taking snap shots or stopping snap shots.
Touches:
This week for touches players need to work on their wide and narrow stickhandling skills by completing the throw and catch stickhandling drill for a minimum of 50 cumulative minutes.
Hand Eye Coordination:
Goalies are to complete a minimum of 50 cumulative minutes of the numbered ball drill.
Please submit your homework by Saturday December 19th, 2020.
