On behalf of the Kitchener Lady Rangers U18”A” players and
staff, we would like to thank Coach Adam of Limitless Performance and all his staff for another great
season of off ice training. We sincerely appreciated all the time and effort put into the workouts, Joga, testing's (well, maybe just the coaches on this one!), and schedule changes throughout the challenges of Covid. We look forward to seeing you again after Spring tryouts!
