Kitchener Minor Hockey

On Dec 21st come on out to the Activa Sportsplex and cheer on the U16 AAA Jr Rangers while they play the  Blue Crew (WRPS) and raise funds for ONE Roof Youth Services.  The game will be exciting but the impact will be felt in this community for years. 

The Kitchener Lady Rangers would like to announce the following Head Coaches confirmed so far for the 2026-2027 hockey season.   More coach announcements are to follow at a later date.

The Kitchener U14 AAA team went a perfect 7–0 to win the Kitchener Blueline Tournament! The group battled hard all weekend, earning wins over North Bay (twice), North Shore, Pittsburgh, Credit River, and Rochester before defeating Burlington 2–1 in a thrilling final. A complete team effort from start to finish. Congratulations players, coaches, and families on a championship weekend!

For the third time this season, our incredible KLR U18B team has brought home another gold medal, this time from the Stratford Aces Festival Cup Tournament this past weekend! The ladies battled through a busy schedule, earning 3 wins and 2 ties to secure their spot in the finals. They then faced the London Devilettes and showed exactly why they were the top team, delivering a standout performance to claim the championship. The U18 AA Jr. Rangers capped off an incredible weekend on Sunday by winning the Waterloo Memorial Tournament, defeating the host Waterloo Wolves 5–2 in a thrilling championship rematch of last year’s final. After falling short in 2024, the Rangers returned determined and this time, they finished the job.
