Midget, 2013-2014, AA (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

Congratulations to the members of the Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA team on winning GOLD at the 2014 London Devilettes Tournament. The lades were undefeated the entire weekend. Congratulations Ladies on a great Tournament Weekend!!

Congratulations to the members of the Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA team on their Silver Medal in the 2013 Bauer World Invite Tournament in Detroit (November 1st-3rd). The KLR won their Division, Quarter Finals and Semi Finals games. The Final game of the Tournament was against Chatham Outlaws.  The game ended in a 2-2 tie.  The teams then played a very intense '4 on 4' overtime period and a '3 on 3' overtime period with neither team scoring.  Shoot-outs were  next -- it took 8 shooters until a member of the Chatham Outlaws scored ending the game.  Congratulations to every member ...

The Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AAs  participated in the Fire and Ice Tournament in Rochester NY (October 18th - October 20th) against teams from Canada and the United States. The team had a successful weekend; playing 6 great games on hockey - only allowing 2 goals to be scored against them. The Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA lost in the semi finals to the Clarington Flames Midget AA. Congratulations to the girls and the coaching staff on a successful tournament weekend.

The Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA players and Coaching Staffed ROCKED the RAD on Sunday October 6th in Kitchener.  Despite the drizzle the girls and Coaching Staff completed the 5K run through downtown Kitchener in true Kitchener Lady Ranger Style!! Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to Jeff and Nancy Sittler for opening their home to us.

The Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA participated in the 2013 Stoney Creek Midget Showcase Tournament, hosting 64 teams from across Canada and the United States, September 6-8, 2013.   The girls played three great games.  They defeated Pittsburgh 3-0, defeated Hamilton 3-2 and defeated Ottawa Ice 2-1.  With these three wins, the Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA finished first over all in their pool. With this first place finish, the Midget AAs played St Mary’s Academy from Manitoba in the quarter finals eventually losing the fast paced game 1-0.  The girls truly came out with their ...
