Novice Blue vs. Halton Hills Thunder
The Kitchener Jr. Rangers Novice Blue team kicked off their season with a big 7-3 victory over the Halton Hills Thunder in Georgetown last night. After falling behind early the Rangers put the pedal to the metal and dominated the rest off the game. Ryan Cornfield and Evan McDonell lead the offensive charge, both scoring twice. Also adding tallies were Kyver Lippert, Carson Dionne and Matteo Pasqualino. Joey Price lead the way defensively shutting down the Thunder and limitting their chances. The boys hope to continue their winning ways in Cambridge this afternoon against a strong Hawks team. Puck drops at 3:30 at the Preston Aud. Good luck boys!
