The
Kitchener Lady Ranger Midget “A’s” travelled to Century Gardens in Brampton to
take on the Brampton Canadettes.
In a game that bore no resemblance to the one played just 20 hours earlier, the ladies came out strong and stayed strong for forty two minutes of exciting hockey. With the “whistle” put away, several opportunities at both ends of the ice were afforded and taken away. Limited miscues and a couple of timely saves earned the ladies their third point of the weekend.
Controlled play, patience and “talk” made all the difference. It's really not rocket science. Remember to be as hard on that puck as you can. You won’t hurt it we promise.
