PARENT MEETING

This will be our first formal meeting as a team. We will introduce the coaching staff and make parent/child introductions as well.
We will go over our team budget and talk about the season plan, including training, development and our tournament schedule.
We will be looking for volunteers for some important positions that are needed to be a successful team: namely Manager, Parent Rep, 2 treasurers, 2 Social Committee members, Fundraising Chair, Banner Guy, etc..
We will keep the boys busy and get all this done quickly, so that we can get to our team party.
