Homework - Goalies (Hand Eye Coordination)

Ok Goalies. An oldie but a goodie from last year. Hopefully you both kept those balls and pails from last year.




Over the week I want each goalie to try and complete a combined 30 minutes of bouncing a ball off the wall, reading out the number when you see it, catching it, placing it in the pail and quickly grabbing another one and repeating the sequence quickly. Complete the drill as described at the 2:22 mark of the video below. 

I would recommend doing it for 2 minute intervals 3 times a day, five times a week.
