This past weekend the Kitchener Jr. Rangers Novice White Team were relentless in their pursuit of a Championship. As a result of hard work, lots of heart and a great deal of perseverance they were able to capture their first Tournament Championship of the season with a thrilling come from behind victory over the Sarnia Jr. Sting in the dying minutes of the third period. On behalf of all the coaches and parents we would like to congratulate them on their victory.

Unfortunately the flu bug struck this week and as a result we had our lowest weekly shot total to date. As well we had some players that did not complete their homework.

As a result our players took a total of 3,778 shots. Collectively as a team at the end of week 11 we have shot a grand total of 55,777 shots and have 14,223 to go.

The following players set new records this week for soft touches:
Nathan Soehner (with a new personal best for the third week in a row!)
Liam Goetz

Great job boys and keep up the hard work!
Coach Josh
