Eagles VS Admirals
Another game against the Admirals. It always seem to be a back and forth battle with the Admirals.
The first period saw the Admirals fast and strong with the Eagles scrambling to keep up. The Admirals were able to score 2 goals to finish the period.
The second period saw the Eagles take more control and start playing a more focused game. At 5:54 #15 Peplow put the Eagles on the board, assisted by #14 Gavin. However, 30 seconds later the Admirals answered and scored their 3rd goal of the game.
By the third period the Eagles were attacking the puck and were playing with a little more aggression. At 7:50 #23 Whalen scored the Eagles second goal, assisted by #9 Hancock and #91 Banton. Then at 2:43 #10 Pittaway scored an unassisted goal to tie up the game. The Eagles seemed like they were working hard to get the win, unfortunately at 1:43 on an unlucky bounce, the Admirals stole the puck and scored the final goal of the game.
Final Score: 4-3 Admirals
Later in the locker room #10 Pittaway was awarded the Player of the Game Pylon for generating some great plays and scoring a beautiful goal.
