The Lady Rangers welcomed the Guelph
Gryphons in their last OWHA game for 2022.
For the second game in a row the ladies came out strong against the visiting Gryphons. After a scoreless first, the ladies gave up a goal just over a minute and a half into the second. Continued strong play throughout the period had the ladies rewarded with an “offensive defenseman rush” top shelf goal.
Although outshooting the Gryphons in the third, a tie was all that was meant to be in finishing their last OWHA game of 2022. There were many great choices and options throughout three strong periods of hockey again today ladies. We hope this is a trend that will continue into 2023!
