KLR Red defeat KLR Blue 3-2 at the Aud
Kitchener Lady Rangers U13 Red narrowly defeated U13 Blue 3-2 on a hattrick by Kaydence Weichel.
Weichel scored in each period to help Team Red beat Team Blue 3-2. Her third goal came with 4 minutes left in the third period. Team Blue came back from being two goals down going in to the third. Alison Schuster and Leah Lobo scored 3 minutes apart to tie the game early in the third.
Team Red was without Aubree Verbaan and Claire McNulty. Being shorthanded was a challenge on the big ice. The team played hard and were rewarded with the win.
