Title: Proof of Age and Residency  

Policy Statement:
Satisfactory proof of age and residency must be submitted upon registration. Birth certificates must be official documents issued by the province of birth of the participant. All players (not just first time registrants must, upon request, provide satisfactory proof of age and/or residency within fourteen days of such request or be ineligible to continue playing until proof or exception has been made to/by the Board of Directors. 

Any team found guilty of playing a player over the age limit permitted in a category in which he/she is participating without prior approval of the board of Directors, shall forfeit all points obtained, and the coach and manager may be suspended for a period of up to one year, by the board of directors.
