Title: Procedure for U10 to U18 "AAA"

Policy Statement:
AAA Tryouts will be scheduled per Alliance hockey and OHF Guidelines. All Rep staff will work together during tryouts. The Head Coach or his/her designate from the 'next' team (seeded) must be present at all player releases. Player releases may be done in person, or online; using player IDs as designated by the head coach, and provided to each player. In person releases are mandatory at the final stage, and signing of the roster.

Note: U18 Hockey tryouts will be scheduled as defined by our governing bodies.

ALLIANCE Hockey Member Minor Hockey Associations cannot issue waivers prior to an actual try-out. If a participant is released by his/her home association, that participant will have the opportunity to try-out in all of the adjacent AAA Centres/Zones identified on the back of the F1 Form aiver. In the event that the participant does not make anyone of the identified adjacent Centres/Zones on the back of the F1 Form Waiver and wishes to proceed to associations outside their adjacent box he/she must make contact with the Executive Director of ALLIANCE Hockey Office for permission.
