Remembrance Day Win Lifts Rangers Into 1st
November 1, saw the Rangers play host to the Brantford 99ers in the Rangers Remembrance Day game.  Members of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #50 in Kitchener were on hand for the pre-game ceremonies where the Rangers presented the Branch with a donation to the Poppy Fund.

Again it was the Rangers coming out on top at home, this time by a margin of 4-2.  Scoring were Austin Kovrig, Jarret Parker, Connor Bodnar & Anthony Osterling.  Evan Wigmore registered the win between the pipes.

The win pushed the Rangers one point ahead of the Lambton Jr Sting (with a game in hand) into first place overall in the Alliance. With Kitchener off this weekend, the Sting will have a chance to move past the idol Rangers.

Kitchener's next action will be in the Kitchener Blueline Tournament Friday November 9th.
