Minor Atom Blue, 2015-2016, MD (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

WOW!!!!! What a season it has been for a great bunch of 9 and 10 year old boys. TEAM meaning "Together Everyone Achieves More" was our motto for the season and it paid off in the end. Our final weekend together for the Provincial Alliance Championship proved to be our toughest test of the season. It was a season where this group of boys had 58 wins, 6 losses, and 5 ties (nearly 70 games). We made it to the finals in all five tournaments and won two. We faced a range of emotions. Happy tears, sad tears, anger, resiliency and triumph.

Congratulations to the Kitchener Jr. Rangers Minor Atom MD Blue team for bringing home the Silver medal at the Oktoberfest Tournament this weekend.

The coaching staff would like to thank everyone for their efforts in this second round of tryouts.  We are looking forward to seeing the boys again on Sunday morning when Team A plays Team C at 8:15 am and Team B plays Team D at 9:15 at Activa Alumni arena.  Please arrive at the arena 45 minutes before game time. Sunday will be our final day of tryouts. The coaches will be meeting later that afternoon to draft their teams. All players will receive a phone call late Sunday evening to inform them if they have made the team or if they will be moving on to house league evaluations.
