Intermediate - OWHA #2746, 2015-2016, A (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

The Lady Rangers played 4 very competitive games in the Toronto Leaside March Madness Tournament which resulted in a gold medal finish.  With a round robin record of 1-2-0 they managed to hold on to 2nd place and earn the right to a gold medal game against the Sudbury Lady Wolves.  While the 2 losses were only by a goal they were not near as exciting as the final game.  Down 1-0 late in the game the Ladies tied it up with a rebound goal by Megan Yake.  Holding off the Wolves until the end of the period the game went into overtime.  Halfway thru overtime, the hard work by Alex Ladd set up ...
