KJR Minor Midget Alumni Commits to St. Lawrence NCAA
Andrew McIntyre, KJR Minor Midget Alumni (99 age group) has committed to St. Lawrence Fighting Saints NCAA D1 program.

Andrew played his entire minor hockey career in KMHA.  Andrew was drafted to the Kitchener Rangers in the OHL Minor Midget Priority Draft however his style of play was destined for the NCAA.

After his minor midget season Andrew attended Ridley Prep school where he enjoyed success both on and off the ice.  Following a year at Ridley Andrew joined the Elmira Sugar Kings where he was a large part of their Sutherland Cup Championship.  After a single season in Elmira Andrew moved on to the Oakville Blades of the Ontario Provincial Junior Hockey League.

Best of luck Andrew in this new chapter both on and off the ice.

St. Lawrence plays in the highly competitive ECAC division where powerhouses Cornell, Yale, Harvard and Quinnipiac, amongst others, will provide some of the strongest competition Andrew will face.
