Kitchener Jr. Rangers Tyke Novice Black Novice Tier 2 MD East/Central2017-2018 League Champions We are excited to announce that as an underage team the Tyke Novice Black are Alliance Tier 2 League Champions! This weekend, Tyke Novice Black enjoyed a unique experience where they received an up-close and personal look at their very own hockey heroes - the Kitchener Rangers!  The adventure began as the team hopped on a chartered bus and headed to the First Ontario Centre in Hamilton - the first ever team bus trip for these up and coming hockey stars!  Waiting for us in Hamilton were the Mighty Buffaloes, a 2010 roster select team who came all the way from New York State for a chance to play Tyke Novice Black. The boys on the Tyke Novice Black went the extra mile this holiday season and seized an opportunity to give back to our community by collecting hockey equipment and cash donations in support of Donna’s Kids.  Donna’s Kids (The Donna Weber Sponsored Children’s Program) provides financial assistance for kids to play hockey by assisting parents with the costs associated with minor hockey.

Tyke Novice Black had an awesome time last night at our team party.  The night of bowling, pizza, team cupcakes, and arcades even had a surprise visitor.  Santa showed up to see the boys, deliver stockings, wish them a Merry Christmas and continued success in the season  Thanks to all involved in making the party a hit.
