When
selecting a hockey club, the Jr. Rangers Minor Midget AAA team not only look at
the player on the ice but also the player as a member of our community and a
role model to other Jr. Rangers players within the Kitchener Minor Hockey
Association system.
Each week we'll profile a member of the Kitchener Jr. Rangers Minor Midget AAA
hockey club, so you'll get to know them a little more outside of their play on
the ice.
This week we're proud to introduce #7 Logan Crans
Logan is a forward with the Kitchener Jr. Rangers but also has experience playing defense. He was 3 when he started skating and became a Jr. Ranger in Major Atom. His favourite player is Matt Tkachuk and Vegas Golden Knights is his team of choice.
Logan is the youngest child in his house as he has 3 older step-brothers and 1 older step-sister. Logan’s favourite meal is Tortellini, not any Tortellini, only his mom’s Tortellini as she makes the best!!
While attending Victus High School Logan says Science is his best subject and History is ranked his least favourite. Like many of this year’s Minor Midget AAA players, Logan excels away from the rink as well. Logan was 3rd in the province at hurdles in Grade 8 and he scored the highest mark for the Pascal Math contest in Grade 9. We certainly hope those two experiences add up to success for any obstacle Logan must overcome.
When sports and school aren’t keeping Logan busy he likes to work on his shot shooting pucks each day. Logan’s hidden talent is that he can shoot archery.
When you see Logan around the rink he’s always smiling, laughing and joking around which makes sense because his favourite movie is Step Brothers. He loves having lots of room to do activities! Shoe Shopping by Old Dominion is the go-to song on his play list.
Logan your personality gets everyone around you laughing and we’re very proud and fortunate to have you as a member of the Kitchener Jr. Rangers Minor Midget AAA program.
