First high tempo practice of the season takes place on the Ranger ice and to our
SURPRISE the OHL Rangers invited our team to join them...
As the team waited anxiously to hit the Ranger ice at 5:15 Monday evening, they stood along the glass watching the Kitchener Rangers complete their team skate. Little did they know with 20 minutes left in the Ranger practice that the Coach would come over and invite our boys to join in on a friendly scrimmage against the "big boys" that were left still practicing!
What a fantastic start to the season and already a huge highlight for our team to be included and encouraged to compete with a great bunch of OHL athletes that treated them like gold and the smiles could light up the Aud!
Thank you Rangers for being such a class act.. you have no idea what that meant to our boys!!!
