Rangers Suffer Blackout
The Kitchener Jr Rangers MD Blue team failed to show up in a 6 to 2 loss to the Waterloo Wolves Black on a rare Tuesday game.

Jacob Ancich was called up in place of the injured Jacob Reid-Brant and was a bright spot for the Rangers taking the Player of the Game honour.

Keenan Hack continued his strong play and was awarded a goal for his efforts from Connor Coughlin and Aydan Costello. Ethan Lafleur got the “monkey” off his back with a beauty from Noah Park and Carter Schade.

Aiden Radatus was put in a tough spot with little help at times but did all he could to keep the game respectful.

All in all, it was a game to forget.

At times the Rangers used their speed and guys like Evan Peori and Jack Master created some offense. Spencer Bulyaki and Noah Roden went to the net hard and put in some solid cycles.

Kailum Belanic had some nice end to end rushes and Kodi Blackshaw was passing the puck really well. Connor Pinos and Andrew Bishop did a god job head manning the puck but sadly each players positive play was followed by a series of unusual play.

That said, the Rangers have a good string of practices ahead and will have time to refocus and get ready to continue to battle through these playoffs. With improved effort and focus the team will do much better.

Go Rangers!
