Rangers Head to Alliance Semi Finals
The Kitchener Jr Rangers Select Blue team took another step towards achieving their banner dreams by winning their Pool with a 1 to 1 tie against a tough Waterloo Wolves team.

The win clinched first in Pool A and the Rangers finished undefeated with a .929 GF %.

Ryan McConnell scored the game tying goal for the Rangers from Jacob Ancich and Brett Herniman and Meghan Wright took Player of the Game honours with yet another tremendous game in net.

Freddie Law, Braeden Buck and Michael Rogoz were a dominate line for the Rangers and kept the Wolves on their toes. Shawn Parliament drove hard to the net all game and the speed of Tyler Oude-Voshaar and Will Halter made their line dangerous all game.

The Rangers have been one of the best teams defensively and have only allowed a single goal against all tournament. Logan Hock and Ethan Shular are a great mix of finesse and grit. Colin Starr and Rashaun Williamson are a pair of lethal offensive weapons and Evan Skipp and Dezi Deneau were perhaps the most reliable pair all game.

With winning the Pool the Rangers will be set to play Sunday at noon against the second seed of Pool B, the Greater London Selects. The Rangers will be looking to get back to their great passing and speed game as they look to lock up a berth in the finals.

Go Rangers!
