Team Blue 85,000 Puck Challenge

October 1st Team Blue took on the 85,000 Puck Challenge. 
Daily micropractices have been proven to be more benificial then a longer practice season.  



Goal: Increase shot speed, quickness and accuracy 
The Plan: 5000 pucks in 10 weeks, per player
Weekly Goal: 500 shots per week, per player
Daily Goal: 100 shots per day (5 days per week) per player

Week #1 - Wrist Shots
Week #2 - Backhand Shots
Week #3 - Snap Shots
Week #4 - Wrist Shots-Balancing on One Foot
Week #5 - Snap Shots & Backhand Shots
Week #6 - Drag & Shoot
Week #7 - Slap Shots
Week #8 - Stickhandle & Quick Release 
Week #9 - Players's Choice
Week #10 - Players' Choice 
Bonus - One Timer - Option in week #9 or if player continues past week 10. Drill is performed with a partner or using a tennis ball and wall.
