Jr Rangers feel at home at the Aud!
Kitchener Blue hosted Kitchener Black at the home of the OHL Rangers and skated away with a 3-2 victory.

A great team effort led Blue to their second straight victory.  The boys were firing on all cylinders and many came up with their best effort of the season.  Stewart B had perhaps the best shift of any Ranger as he fought and won 3 separate battles and made a great pass to his linemate. Other kudos go to TJ E for his shot from the point and Blue Helmet winner Thomas B for his best all around game of the season.  Thomas took control of the puck each time it came to him, skated well and distributed it where it needed to go.  All 3 forward lines were passing the puck well and going to the corners to get dirty and coming away with the puck.  Goals went to Daniel, Ethan S and Ethan R, who went to the high slot and was rewarded as the puck bounced out to him (other forwards take note - the puck likes to go to the high slot!)
Adam and Josh - you may not score many goals in your new role on defence but you're making things happen from the back end.  It's just as important to stop the other team from scoring!
A great way to head into the Preston Memorial Tournament this weekend. Look out Barrie Colts, Hamilton Cyclones and Sarnia Sting - the Jr Rangers own the puck!
