Great game - Tough Loss!
Woodstock Navy Vets were our oppostion last Saturday and unfortunately we came up on the wrong side of a 3-2 score.
Our Rangers battled from the first puck drop and play went back and forth all game. Our Team First attitude was in play again and we saw great passes and great backchecks. Chase provide us with great goaltending when we needed it. We went up 1-0, down 2-1, battled back for a 2-2 tie, but unfortunately Woodstock scored late to give them a 3-2 win. A flourish around their net, with our goalie pulled, resulted in many shots including Marco's which went up and over the goaltender, but stopped on the line.
Goals were scored by Sam, and Olivia scored her first of the season, proving perseverence does pay off. The White Helmet went to Jack for his great positioning and never letting anyone behind him.
Next up for White is a trip to Motown this weekend for the Motown Cup. Go White!
