Congratulations
On behalf of the 2011 / 2012 Kitchener Lady Ranger Midget "B" Staff, I would like to thank all those who attended the Midget "B" tryouts and congratulate the 17 successful ladies who are now Midget "B" Lady Rangers!
As mentioned at the beginning of tryouts, you were evaluated by as many as five independent persons who had no player connection to this team. All had previous playing experience in either "AAA", Junior, University, OHL or European levels of hockey. In short, they knew what to look for in players. For the goalies, this included a "AAA" level goalie coach.
Ladies, be proud of your accomplishments but understand that the work has only just begun. You will have a learning curve for our style of play and our need to have you better understand the game and what's happening on the ice. We need to develop you as individuals so that your development will benefit the TEAM.
Remember a TEAM is the collective talents of many individuals and you are now a part of the Kitchener Lady Ranger 2011 / 2012 Midget "B" TEAM.
