Very Busy Weekend
A very busy weekend that started Friday evening down the QEW in Hamilton, the boys were victorious with a 5-1 defeat of the Hamilton Huskies White.
A very good game with Hamilton's goalie being the best player on the ice with the amount of shots he had to deal with, the Huskies kept playing hard throughout the three periods but our quality over the last two periods came through with some great goals that were created by some fantastic neutral zone play and their offensive chemistry that is really hitting it's stride.
Saturday the boys were out in the community trying to raise money for their team at the Laurentian Plaza where the parents provided a BBQ and the boys sold mint smoothies and helped families put the groceries in the vehicles.
A cold but great day for the boys and parents, thanks to all who helped out.
Sunday was an early morning practice where the boys had a great practice/workout with lots of fun & energy.
