Rangers Red to Train Like Pro at ACC with Toronto Maple Leafs
The Kitchener Jr Rangers MD Red team is very proud to announce winning the Grand Prize in the Ford Skill and Drills Contest.
One of the key pillars of this program is to recognize the teams and individuals who are committed to getting involved and helping out in their community.
The Kitchener Jr Rangers MD Red team got into the holiday spirit this past Christmas by giving back to the Community and filling a city bus with food for the Food Bank. The Rangers families donated $320 worth of food to the KW food bank. The donation was enough food to feed 16 families for 4 days!!
The Kitchener Jr Ranger MD Red team were selected as leaders in their community and Ford will take the opportunity to recognize the team and coaches for all of their hard work with a Grand Prize Day to Train Like Pro’s at the Air Canada Centre just like the Toronto Maple Leafs! The training will be with the Leafs training staff, roster players and some Alumni players.
The date of the event is yet to be determined but the boys will benefit greatly from the training and experience. The coaches would like to thank all the parents, as well as, the KMHA family and friends who took the time to vote for the team. The boys would never have had this opportunity without your help!
