Major Peewee Blue, 2017-2018, MD (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

As a final reflection on the 2017-2018 season, I want to convey my appreciation to the players, parents, volunteers and coaches for a fabulous season.

KJR Blue finished off Burlington White with a 2-0 win in game 4 of their semi-final Playdown series on Sunday night. 

KJR Blue won their second tournament in 3 weeks after winning the 27th Annual West London Byron Optimist Tournament this past weekend.    The boys improved their play in a number of areas while facing some talented teams and a challenging schedule.  Congrats Blue on a well deserved win!

KJR Blue went 5-0-1 to capture Gold at Wayne Gretzky Tournament over the holidays. Blue battled hard through every game - including two comeback OT wins in the semis and finals.   Congrats to the players for well-deserved tournament win!

KJR Blue finished up at the the Ottawa - Mid Season Showdown with a 3-2-0 record after finishing 3rd in the 13 team round robin - earning a birth in the Quarter Finals.  KJR Blue's impressive run ended with a tough 2-1 loss in the semis.
